This course provides an immersive approach to Posthuman Education, structured around one keynote speech and four thematic modules that guide participants through key concepts, ethical considerations, and practical applications. Each module includes:
Three pre-recorded lectures (approximately 20 minutes each) led by the module instructor (1 hour total);
One live Zoom session for interactive dialogue and Q&A with the Professor and / or Keynote Speaker (1 hour and a half);
Curated reading materials, including at least one scholarly article or book chapter;
Engaging assignments completed both individually and collaboratively—these experiential exercises are designed to explore how posthuman concepts may apply to participants’ lives, communities, and trajectories.
Throughout the course, participants will develop an individual project that reflects their posthumanist inquiry and praxis. Each participant will have access to three open office hour sessions with the Assistant Professors, receiving personalized project feedback. The participants will also benefit from the collective wisdom of their peers through group sessions focused on project development and exchange. Beyond the module work, the course features:
Online group sessions fostering collective reflection, dialogue, and peer-to-peer exchange;
Personalized tutoring to support each participant’s unique learning journey;
In-person optional events for deeper connection and embodied learning;
Introductory and closing ceremonies, receiving the award of a Certificate of Completion.
Admitted participants will receive a comprehensive program guide, including session schedules, links to live meetings, and access to all reading materials and recorded lectures. With their permission, they will also be listed in the page "Legacy" - Posthuman Educators.
